Its purpose is to provide financial services to private, professional, and institutional clients in accordance with Art. 17 para. 1 FinIA, particularly in the areas of asset management and investment advisory services as stipulated by the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA).  <\/p>\n<p>In this capacity, our company is subject to supervision by OSFINcontrol AG, a supervisory organization authorized by FINMA under the Financial Market Supervision Act (FINMASA).<\/p>\n<p>OSFINcontrol Ltd has the statutory mandate to ensure supervision over asset managers and trustees authorised by the FINMA and the ongoing compliance of its supervised institutions with the obligations under FinIA, FinSA and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Ombudsman's Office and Customer Complaints<\/h3>\n<p>The satisfaction of our clients is very important to us.
