FinIA - Financial Institutions Act

Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) authorization as an independent asset manager (Art. 5 para. 1 FinIA)

Horizon Wealth Management Schweiz AG is an asset manager within the meaning of the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA). Its purpose is to provide financial services to private, professional, and institutional clients in accordance with Art. 17 para. 1 FinIA, particularly in the areas of asset management and investment advisory services as stipulated by the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA).

In this capacity, our company is subject to supervision by OSFINcontrol AG, a supervisory organization authorized by FINMA under the Financial Market Supervision Act (FINMASA).

OSFINcontrol Ltd has the statutory mandate to ensure supervision over asset managers and trustees authorised by the FINMA and the ongoing compliance of its supervised institutions with the obligations under FinIA, FinSA and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

 

Ombudsman's Office and Customer Complaints

The satisfaction of our clients is very important to us. We are therefore always careful to respond to our clients' concerns as quickly as possible and, wherever possible, to strive for a mutually satisfactory solution.

Any client complaint must be submitted to the company in writing. The corresponding form can be obtained via the following email address kundenbeschwerden@hwm.swiss

If, despite efforts, it is not possible to prevent disputes, or if we have nevertheless rejected a legal claim of yours (as a client), we would like to point out that you have the option of contacting the following ombudsman's office and initiating mediation proceedings. For clients, this procedure is free of charge and is intended to lead the parties to a fundamentally amicable solution.
